The APGO Martin L. Stone, MD, Faculty Development Seminar (FDS) provides an excellent opportunity for medical educators in the field of obstetrics and gynecology to network, to develop as teachers, mentors, advisors, and leaders in medical education, and to share new ideas and innovative approaches for undergraduate medical education (UME) curricula. Expect highly interactive sessions that provide tactical, practical, and timely information that can be adapted for implementation at attendees’ home institutions.

The APGO community encompasses ob-gyn educators and their support staff from both allopathic and osteopathic traditional academic settings (university-based) as well as non-traditional academic settings. The APGO FDS focuses on UME. Abstracts on resident education with applicability to student learning or general education are also appropriate. 

The 2025 theme is Adventures in Ob-Gyn Medical Education and encompasses the following sub-themes:

The APGO FDS is a fully in-person meeting with no options for virtual or hybrid presentations or attendance.
