AV PROCEDURES

Your presentation will be a one-hour presentation. There will be no AV available for the small group discussions except for one flip chart/markers in each room.

The small groups will be set up for one presenter and 30-40 attendees.  

CHECKLIST

• Primary Authors will receive an email from Chelsea Hilton with a task list that needs to be completed in order to participate in the conference. The syllabus deadline is January 21, 2022.
• All speakers will be asked for their speaker info, bio and photo. Deadline is December 23, 2021. 
• Syllabus material deadline is January 21, 2022.
  
• Book your hotel reservations with the Rosen Shingle Creek. Please see Travel Tab for more information.
• Register and pay for the meeting.
