AV PROCEDURES FOR BREAKOUTS 

The following equipment will be provided in the General Session room:

  • Windows-based computer with PowerPoint
  • LCD projector and necessary cables
  • Screen
  • Lavalier microphone, podium, audience and table mics (where applicable)

AUDIENCE RESPONSE SYSTEMS
Audience Response Systems are not provided or supported by CREOG & APGO. Please note that the use of cell phones as audience response systems may not be reliable due to the interior location of the meeting rooms and/or speed of the WIFI connection.

PREPARING YOUR PRESENTATION
We will not accept presentations prior to the meeting. All PowerPoint presentations must be loaded on-site in the Speaker Ready Room (Fort Washington Boardroom). Speakers will be required to check into the Speaker Ready Room up to 24 hours, but at least 4 hours in advance of their presentations. At that time, you can load and make any changes to your presentation. Important! Please make sure your presentation has a disclosure slide as well a learning objectives slide.

SPEAKER READY ROOM

The CREOG & APGO Speaker Ready Room (Maryland 1) hours:

  • Sunday, February 26, 2023-10:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • Monday, February 27, 2023 – 6:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday, February 28, 2023 – 6:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Wednesday, March 1, 2023 – 6:30 am to 10:00 am

CHECKLIST

  • Primary Authors will receive an email from Chelsea Hilton with a task list that needs to be completed in order to participate in the conference. The syllabus deadline is January 8, 2023.
  • All speakers will be asked for their speaker info, bio and photo. Deadline is December 9, 2022. 
  • Syllabus material deadline is January 8, 2023.
  • Book your hotel reservations with the Gaylord National Resort & Conference Center. Please see Travel Tab for more information.
  • Register and pay for the meeting.
