Welcome to the Information Page for the 2023 CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting Poster Presenters!
Posters for the 2023 CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting will be virtual and will be access by attendees through the meeting app. Posters will be judged ahead of time and winners announced through the app.The three winning poster presenters will be asked to print their poster for display on-site at the meeting.
CHECKLIST
- Primary Authors will receive an email from Chelsea Hilton with a task list that needs to be completed in order to participate in the conference. The syllabus deadline is January 8, 2023.
- All speakers will be asked for their speaker info, bio and photo. Deadline is December 9, 2022.
- PDF Poster Due: December 23, 2022
- Syllabus material deadline is January 8, 2023.

- Register and pay for the meeting.
NOTE: Posters are required to be printed and displayed onsite in the exhibit hall. You can print your poster and bring it to the meeting or print it and pick it up onsite at the FedEx Business Center inside the Gaylord. Tips for designing an effective poster:
- Include the abstract title and all authors at the top
- Your poster should fit on a board that is 4 feet tall x 8 feet wide. The exact size is up to you, but it’s recommended to be no bigger than 3.5 feet tall x 5 feet wide
- Keep any text brief
- Do not use all capital letters
- Use graphics (charts, tables, pictures) that can be understood in one minute or less
- Ideas should flow from panel to panel logically
- Describe all parts of the project/study, including why the outcome did or did not work as expected
- Background
- Objectives
- Research Design/Program Description
- Results/Evaluation
- Conclusion(s)
- Future Plans
Onsite Requirements:
In order to prepare for the welcome reception and the opening of the exhibit hall, set-up must be completed between 1:00 - 4:00 pm on Monday, February 27. Tacks for hanging your poster will be provided. Please do not leave your poster container in the exhibit hall. Any containers that are left will be discarded. Posters must be removed from the hall between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm on Wednesday, March 1 when the exhibit hall closes, or they will be discarded.
You must plan to be present with your poster in the exhibit hall during the coffee breaks and welcome reception:
- Monday, February 27, 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, February 28, 9:35 - 10:05 a.m. | 12:50 - 1:20 p.m.
- Wednesday, March 1, 10:00 - 10:30 a.m. | 12:45 - 1:15 p.m.
