Welcome to the Information Page for the 2025 CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting Film Fest Presenters!

PRESENTATION FORMAT
The Film Festival format is a 50-minute session including time for Q&A. Three to Five films will be grouped in each session. All films will be played at the beginning of the session and the remaining 20-25 minutes will be reserved for Q&A with the audience. At least one author from each film must be present in order to participate in the meeting.

AV PROCEDURES

• Windows-based computer with PowerPoint
• LCD projector and necessary cables
• Screen
• Podium, podium microphone, and audience handheld microphones for Q&A
• Table with chairs and wired microphones

Please note, your film will be shown on the screen in the room. You will not be responsible for setting it up.

CHECKLIST

• Primary presenters will receive an email from acog@support.ctimeetingtech.com with a task list that needs to be completed in order to participate in the conference. Deadline to accept participation is October 18
• All authors will be asked for their information, biography, and photo. Deadline is December 31
• Register and pay for the meeting.
