Tips for a Successful Film Festival Presentation
- Arrive early to your assigned room to meet the session moderator and A/V team.
- Bring a backup copy of your film on a USB drive, just in case.
- Plan your remarks. Prepare a brief (2–3 minute) introduction of your film and key takeaways before the Q&A begins.
- Engage the audience. Be ready to discuss your film’s goals, educational impact, and lessons learned.
- Collaborate with co-authors. Coordinate who will answer which questions during the Q&A to keep the discussion smooth and efficient.
- Stay within time limits. The moderator will help manage time so each film receives appropriate discussion.
By following these guidelines, you’ll help create a dynamic and inspiring Film Festival session that showcases the creativity and innovation of the OB-GYN education community.
