We’ve determined that if for any reason we are unable to conduct the meeting in person, we will not be able to offer a hybrid, virtual, or on-demand meeting this year.
COVID Policy ACOG and APGO are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting participants and guests. COVID-19 vaccination will be required for all attendees of the 2022 CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting. By registering for the meeting, you attest that you are fully vaccinated. We are closely monitoring CDC guidelines, state and federal mandates, and health safety measures that will be in place at the time of the meeting. Updates and information about on-site protocols will be communicated as soon as they become available. We are working with the Rosen Shingle Creek to implement measures to prevent spread of the COVID-19 virus at our meeting. As we prepare for the meeting, we wanted to provide some important safety information:
Waiver
Cancellation Policy All registration and ticket cancellation, substitution and refund requests must be made in writing. Cancellations received on or before February 23, 2022, will result in a refund minus a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after February 23, 2022. The administrative fee will be waived for cancellations due to reasons listed in Section 3 of the Meeting Waiver, which may by necessity be requested after the February 23 deadline, or for institutional restrictions on work related travel including business academic attendance and meetings and conferences (dated HR policy must be provided). Submit refund requests here. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. In rare cases, exceptions may be made. Any requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than February 23, 2022. After that time, no refund exceptions will be considered. Photo/Video Release During the Annual Meeting, attendees, vendors, guests and exhibitors may be photographed by the CREOG & APGO official photographers/videographers. Attendees grant permission to the CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting official photographers/videographers to take photographs or video of the exhibitors’ booths and exhibitors’ employees and contractors during the CREOG & APGO Annual Meeting. In addition, attendees also grant ACOG and APGO the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use these photographs and/or videos of attendees including the rights to publish, reproduce, crop, edit, assign, exhibit, and distribute copies of the photograph or video, in print, electronic or other media. Attendees also represent, warrant, and guarantee that they have full power and authority to grant this permission.
