The annual awards schedule will be shared by the APGO staff liaison each spring.

The work of this committee is conducted via email and calls.

The dates/times of required calls are determined on an as needed basis.

Recurrent absences from and/or non-participation in meetings or calls, missing assigned deadlines without active communication with APGO staff liaison, or continuous unanswered emails/calls from staff or committee members (after three contact attempts per instance) may constitute grounds for dismissal at the discretion of the committee Chair and APGO President.

Expenses
There is no allocation of association funds for committee positions or the completion of tasks for the Awards Selection Committee.
